Because our products are delivered instantly as downloadable files, all sales are final once the file has been delivered.
When we will make it right
If your file is broken, missing, or not what was described, or you were charged twice, email support@yardpirates.com within 14 days of purchase. We will fix it, resend it, or refund you.
YardIQ subscriptions
YardIQ subscriptions can be cancelled anytime inside the app. Refunds for the app are handled under YardIQ billing terms.
